Paid Service Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Pudding's paid services. These Terms cover everything you need to know about payments, subscriptions, and refunds. Please read them before making a purchase.

Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Runners (hereinafter "Company") and users in connection with paid services and subscriptions provided through the Service.

Article 2 (Scope of Application)

These Terms apply to all paid transactions and subscription services within the Service.

Chapter 2: Payment

Article 3 (Payment Methods)

Users may pay for paid services using the following methods:
- Credit card / debit card (domestic and international cards accepted)
- Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, etc.)
- Local payment methods (KakaoPay, NaverPay, TossPay, etc.)
- Other payment methods made available by the Company
Payments are processed through the Company's designated payment gateway. The Company does not store card numbers or payment credentials directly.
Available payment methods may vary by country or payment provider.

Article 4 (Effect of Payment)

The service agreement takes effect immediately upon successful payment, and paid services are made available right away.
A payment confirmation will be sent by email or in-app notification.

Chapter 3: Subscription

Article 5 (Commencement of Subscription)

A subscription begins only when the user confirms and consents to the automatic renewal notice on the payment screen.
Without such consent, no subscription will be initiated and the transaction will be treated as a one-time purchase.

Article 6 (Renewal and Cancellation of Subscription)

Subscriptions renew automatically under the same terms unless cancelled by the user.
Users may cancel at any time through My Page or by contacting customer support (support@runners.im). Cancellations are processed immediately.
After cancellation, no further charges will be made from the next billing date. Access to the service continues until the end of the current billing period.
If the Company changes subscription pricing, users will be notified at least 30 days before the next renewal date via in-app notice or email. Users who do not agree to the new pricing may cancel before the renewal date.

Chapter 4: Refunds

Article 7 (Cancellation and Refunds)

Users may request a full refund within 7 days of payment in accordance with applicable Korean consumer protection law.

However, refunds may be restricted or unavailable in the following cases:

Service Type	Refund Restriction
Wedding invitation printing	Non-refundable after printing or production has commenced
Digital content & templates	Non-refundable after download or use
Recurring subscription	100% within 7 days / No refund after 7 days
User-attributable reasons	Refunds may be restricted if service becomes unusable due to the user's own actions

Overpayments will be refunded promptly.
To request a refund, please contact us at support@runners.im. Requests are handled on weekdays, 09:00–18:00 KST.

Chapter 5: Liability

Article 8 (User Liability)

Users must use their own payment methods. Unauthorized use of another person's payment method may result in legal liability.
If a minor (under 19 years of age) makes a payment without the consent of a legal guardian, the legal guardian may cancel the transaction.

Article 9 (Company Liability)

The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the payment service unless caused by the Company's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Statutory consumer rights shall not be limited under any circumstances.

Chapter 6: Miscellaneous

Article 10 (Amendment of Terms)

The Company may amend these Terms in accordance with changes in applicable laws or policies. Users will be notified at least 30 days before the effective date via in-app notice or email.
