Is personal data kept safe?

Yes. We handle guest data and couple data separately.

Guests' names, phone numbers and bank account numbers stay only on the couple's screen and never reach your partner console. The console shows only numbers, such as expected attendance and response rate.

Couples' names and phone numbers are handled differently. When a couple accepts your invitation, they agree to "share my contact details with this business," so you can reach out to them directly. If the couple doesn't agree, the connection never starts.

Question 2

Is there a minimum commitment or cancellation fee?

Accepted Answer

Basic has no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.

There's no setup fee, so there's nothing extra to pay when you start. $500 a month includes 50 couples, and if you go over 50 couples in a month, $10 per additional couple is added to the next month's payment.

The monthly fee is charged automatically to your registered card each month, and we email you a receipt with every payment. If you'd like to stop, you can request cancellation from the console at any time. Billing stops from the next payment date, and you can keep using everything until then.

With Enterprise, the scope of the build is different for every business, so we set the contract period and terms together during the consultation.

Question 3

Do we need a dev team or our own system?

Accepted Answer

No, you don't. On either plan, there's no code to touch.

With Basic, you get started simply by sending couples an invite link. There's no need to set up a server or build an app.

With Enterprise, we take care of everything from developing the service and publishing it on the App Store and Play Store to running it after launch. All you need to do is tell us what kind of service you want.

Question 4

Will the Pudding name be visible?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the plan.

With Basic, couples use the Pudding app as it is, so the app name and logo appear as Pudding. It's the fastest and lightest way to get started.

With Enterprise, we build everything, including the app name, logo and colors, under your brand. The Pudding name doesn't appear anywhere on the screens couples see.

How long does it take to get started?

With Basic, you can start on the very day you sign up. Enter your business details and register a payment card, and your console opens that same day. Send couples an invite link and they can start using it right away.

With Enterprise, the timeline depends on the scope of the build. Building one new service usually takes around six months, and it may take longer if we're taking over a site you already run or if there are many features. Once we set the scope in the consultation, we confirm the schedule together.

You're also welcome to start with Basic first, see how couples respond, and move to Enterprise when you need it.

Question 6

How is our company's system security protected?

Accepted Answer

With Basic, there's no need to touch your systems at all. We never need to receive your source code or access your servers.

Even within Enterprise, we look at source code together with you only when we take over development of a site you already run. Even then, we work only within the scope agreed in the contract.

Question 7

Can international guests and couples use it too?

Accepted Answer

Yes, they can use it just as it is. Pudding supports 18 languages.

AI results such as invitations and speech scripts are created in the language each guest uses, and greetings and etiquette expressions, which differ from country to country, are tailored to each country. Gift money is also recorded in that country's currency.

So even when some guests are from abroad, the couple never has to translate or fix anything themselves.

What are the steps once we sign up?

The steps depend on the plan.

Basic doesn't require a separate contract.
1. Enter your business details
2. Register a payment card
3. Your console opens that same day
4. Send couples an invite link and you're ready to go

Enterprise works like this.
1. In the consultation, we set the scope and schedule of the build
2. Once you pay the setup fee, your account manager schedules the first meeting
3. We handle branding, integration, development and app store publishing
4. The monthly fee begins on the day the service launches

On either plan, the person who takes you on at the start stays with you all the way to launch.

Question 9

What is the setup fee, and is it refundable?

Accepted Answer

The setup fee is a one-time cost paid only once when we build your Enterprise service. It's separate from the monthly fee. Basic has no setup fee.

The Enterprise setup fee starts from $100,000, and we confirm the amount after setting the scope of the build in the consultation. The setup fee is paid by bank transfer.

Design and development begin as soon as your payment is confirmed, so the setup fee is non-refundable. Detailed refund and cancellation terms are written into the contract, and we go over them together during the consultation.

Question 10

Can couples keep their planning private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Couples can set their checklist, budget, schedule, scripts and invitations to private themselves.

Making them private doesn't change what you see in your partner console, because the console only receives numbers like expected attendance and response rate from the start. The planning itself belongs to the couple from beginning to end.

Question 11

Can the bride and groom edit together?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once one of them starts and invites the other, the two can edit the same screen together in real time.

There's one pass, but the two of them share it. So the pass you send is one per couple, and both the bride and groom use that single pass.
